who we are

Over 25 years ago, gea saw and opening in the marketing space for a consumer brand to show up in stride with a  consumer  and connect with them on a deeper level to achieve the brands marketing and sales goals.  That is when gea launched madivents ltd., and an events career was born. Fast forward to today, gea is the founder of xmadivents, a boutique experiential marketing agency.  

Gea is determined to make experiential a more significant focus for brands by continuing to disrupt traditional marketing and building activations that ultimately reshape the industry as we know it today. 

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Biore hit the road to Chicago to pursue her BA at Columbia College having recently graduated, Biore is  currently working on her masters degree. As she continues her studies she works as our Lead Social Media + Marketing Manager, Biore discovered a natural talent for photo styling and also works to develop her  own unique creative vision. Biore has worked in most parts of the event space including; catering, fashion show coordination, venue +talent management experience,  working with dignitaries and luminaries, appreciating how each event gives her the opportunity to let her creative side expand. In addition to Biore's professional pursuits, she's an avid traveler, a signed model and a "cat mom".

In pursuit of a BA from Temple University, where Kat's main focus was on marketing and public relations, she got an internship at a local non profit, where she worked in marketing, during her time at the non profit, Kat was pulled to the organized chaos of the events ( or rather, she was pulled to organize the chaos of the events). 

Kat's background encompasses working across multiple verticals in the event space. Her work experience includes handling show production + guest flow experience for major corporate and social events. As Lead Producer at xmadivents, Kat brings a passion for event production, thriving off  of late nights and early morning load ins/outs. Her expertise lies in high-touch experiences + top notch service.

Mia is a multidisciplinary project manager with a background in marketing and communications and a degree from Temple University. What Mia enjoys most about being Lead Project Manager is the power to develop creative ideas into reality, and being the ring leader for these endeavors.  

The world of events has helped Mia break boundaries of project management and program planning; inspire and create strong, enjoyable and meaningful moments. Mia is on a constant quest to improve her skills and abilities. As Lead Project Manager for xmadivents. , her future goals are to create unique experiences and tell a story where audiences can identify, learn, and connect. 

cristina brings a wealth of expertise to her role as lead operations at xmadivents with over a decade of experience in strategy consulting and project managementm and is instrumental in helping xmadivents continue to grow and innovate in a rapidly-evolving market. Cristina is known for her strategic thinking problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively across departments and externally to drive results. her leadership and contributions have helped position xmadivents as a leading player in the event industry.

in addition to xmadivents, cris is the coo of madivents ltd. were she's responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that its strategic goals and objectives are met. prior to working with madivents cris held smiliar position at comcast universal and the Philadelphia Convention + Visitor's Bureau.
